WHAT IT MEANS TO BE A MANAGER AT P&G?

We recruit university graduates with little or no work experience on the positions of junior managers Band 1 (Level 1).

Manager of P&G is responsible for the strategic development of certain parts of the business and makes major decisions from day one in the company.

For example, in Marketing department managers are responsible for the development of one or more brands in Eastern Europe and Central Asia, in Sales department on the starting manager position you could be heading sales in a small town, in HR you could be leading all recruitment processes and people development for all plants.

We develop managers to the highest leadership positions within our company through numerous projects, trainings, and transitions from one position to another. Over time, manager can become the leader of a small team, department, or a business across the region.

Within each level (Band) the employee usually undertakes 2 to 3 different assignments. Each assignment can last anywhere from two to three years.
